About this speaker
I Drove Submarines for the US Navy for most of my Navy career. Started marketing online back in the late 1990s and was urged to draft an article I called "Follow-Up or Die" about the critical work of continual follow-up with your customers. A statistic that came from research and writing became my calling card for the rest of my online marketing work. That was the quote I had for this article, "80% of All Sales Come from the 5th through the 12th contact". Email is the basis for continual follow-up and your most vital marketing tool well in the 21st century.
